Welcome to Pay-As-You-Go. This product enables users to quickly find discrepancies and errors in data.
Load 2 sets of data in this browser, in the first tab above.
Then the software will find matches in a uniquely smart way with proprietary technology. Watch the

Then change settings like reduce number of keys or use Fuzzy matching.
The next set of results will only show the less than perfect rows ... it allows you to
drill down and find the problems.
Paste information from any source or drag and drop a CSV (only in Chrome):(optional) Enter the top, left-most cell so you can locate results easily:
Drag the columns to the appropriate box. Left side columns can only go on left. Right on right.
You need to have the same number of Group By columns on both sides.
If you are going to use Sum columns, then you must have one on each side.
Use ALT to drag all columns.

But you can create Apps that import data from your own servers (or dropbox or any public site)
into your own browser.
That data never touches our servers!
If you share an App that retrieves data, that data will be available to anyone who has access to
So like everything with the Internet, be careful who you share data with.
Case 1 - Data without any header, Use Artificial Intelligence
Data is Credit Card reconciled against QuickBooks
This is real data, but it's been obfuscated so that nobody will know the original source. The Credit Card data was taken directly from a statement.
The QuickBooks data was taken from QuickBooks, but it was pre-filtered and a few columns were removed.
The data doesn't have headers in order to show how Crush's Artificial Intelligence can understand which columns to try to match up.
It knows that the amounts on the right are the negative equivalent of those on the left, so it suggests to reverse their signs.
Out of hundreds of rows of data, it finds the problems very quickly.
This is real data, but it's been obfuscated so that nobody will know the original source.
The task is to match 9 months of bank statements against a General Ledger.
The statements originally come from a PDF. They are scanned by a service called PerfectAudit and
converted to a CSV. The GL comes from QuickBooks. The user loads the data and presses the Crush
Artificial Intelligence button (looks like a brain). Then Crush builds an App specifically
for that data. Then does a POWER Crush. This finds the perfect matches and moves them to the reporting
system, so that the user can FOCUS on the rows that do not match. The user enters the beginning and ending
dates, balances of both the GL and Bank, to do a proper reconciliation. The user then starts to find the
discrepancies. Each discrepancy is RATED with a STAR, with 5 stars being the best. Crush has several reporting
methods to show results. Errors are typically:
Bank transactions from a prior period
GL transactions that don't appear on bank until subsequent period
Bank disbursements not recorded on the GL
Load Case Data
1) Load Case Study, Run App, Power Match, Fill in Beginning and Ending Balances
Welcome to Reconciliation On Fire, the Web Version. Quickly find discrepancies in
lists. It works with numbers, dates, emails, and text.
It's smart! The items do not need to be in any particular order. It finds
typos. It rounds numbers. It reverses signs. It removes the brackets around Outlook <email>
addresses so you can compare email lists. Please take the tour. Just click the green arrow.
Instructions. Load data. Then try to search for an existing App or let Crush use its Artificial Intelligence to build one for you.
To load, do one of (A) paste from any spreadsheet, (B) drop and drop file (not available in all browsers),
or (C) click "Choose File" to navigate to your file.
Optionally, describe your data's location with some text and the column and row of first cell.
Note that the AI tools have been relocated to the AI tab.
1) Try to use Artificial Intelligence to build an App based on your loaded data (must load data first)
2) If #1 does not work, look for a pre-built App that has the same fields as your loaded data
3) If #2 does not work, try the Setup Wizard
After running an App, it gets parked here.
Select an App from the App store to quickly crush your errors. Or you can make your own.
You can submit your app for consideration to be included in Crush's App store.
At some future date, Crush will have a way for you to sell your app.
Advanced users can make a simple App by starting from scratch by clicking the button below.
Or you can make a more sophisticated one using the "Make an App" tab that has an easier user
interface to create your own Apps.
Description of your App (include links to YouTube or images .. enter anything in HTML):
Surround links with single apostrophe, like:

Copy the full App into a public location, like your dropbox*.
* See warning on Basics tabl. Generally, if you have confidential information in your App,
share it wisely.
Also consider using the obfuscate tool in the tools tab to hide confidential information.
This tool will obfuscate your data so that if when you put it in your App, users will not
see the real data.
You'll need to paste it back to a spreadsheet and save it as CSV. That can be source for
data for your app.
